Are you a UK based company? and where are goods dispatched from?
Yes, Flyingearth Ltd is UK based. All goods are dispatched from UK.

Which methods of payment can i use?
Currently we accept payment via Debit card or Credit card. Visa and Mastercard mainly.

Can you give me more information about the Digital Images?
All images in the Digital Art section are taken by Flyingearth staff and protected by Copyright. Images can be purchased for a small fee and can be utilised to create individualised gifts. Some images are free and can be downloaded for non-commercial use.

Do you offer discounts or percentage off first orders? What to do, if you forget to use your discount code.

We may occasionally have offers, where a percentage can be saved off your order. Discount codes Must Be entered Before you make your payment. If for any reason you forget to enter a discount code, please make contact as soon as possible.
Discounts or promotions are only valid at time of the offer and are valid upto expiry date. Always check the value of your order. Should any discount codes not work, please contact us first so we may assist.

Do you have any Quality Control protocols in place for goods you sell?
Every product we sell goes through testing before it is recieved and is inspected again before dispatch, through our quality control department.

Can I track my order ?
How will i know if my order has been placed successfully and dispatched.
Purchases can be tracked via order number, throughout the delivery process.
As soon as payment is made, you will receive an Email confirmation, outlining your order. Goods are dispatched as soon as payment has been received.

Security when ordering online?
Yes, the site is protected by SSL certification. Additionally, many card providers now inforce Buyer confirmation via message to your mobile phone, where a security code is sent for you to enter on
payment. Before making any purchases we recommend all contact information is up to date with your card provider.

Part of my order is missing
Please contact us as soon as possible. Quoting your order number and we will try and resolve
the issue quickly as we can.

Returns policy and terms & conditions
for any refunds or exchanges.

Goods can be returned within 60 days, as part of our money back guarantee, providing items are returned in mint condition, unused and with the original seal untampered with.
Should the items develop a manufacturers fault within 12 months, we will accept items back and after testing the item to confirm the stated fault, a replacement product will be issued. Any manufacturers fault that arise within 60 days,
we can offer a refund to original payment method. Still subject to testing and inspection.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take? Where can you deliver?
Delivery charges will vary depending on the weight and size of product. Many items will come in the small goods category therefore will be ranging from 5.99 to 9.99. We may offer a Next Day delivery service or other premium services at additional cost.
Time for delivery, we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days, as soon as payment has been recieved.

Due to the recent formation of the company, we will be accepting delivery to mainland UK only for the moment, until further notice. Partially due to political uncertainty in the country.

This means, we do not deliver goods to Ireland or any oversea lands. There may also be restricted delivery to areas further North than North Yorkshire.
We recommend making contact before placing any orders, if you live further a field.
Also, note we do not deliver to business units or PO BOX addresses, institutions of any kind. We only deliver to private households. Buyer must be aged 16 years and over. Minimum requirement for delivery, is that you provide Full name, address, postcode. A working contact number and a valid email address.
